The SERAFIN-PH reform, implemented by CNSA, allocates resources to medical and social establishments and services that welcome or support people with disabilities. Like many reforms, it is complex to understand, which presents a challenge I appreciate. My goal is to simplify this reform in a colorful, accessible, and engaging way through a series of explanatory videos that guide the viewer step by step.
